Shikshangan is a one stop place for professional development and training as Devika Nadig and Vijay Gupta have a deep understanding of the principles of school education. Devika Nadig’s years of experience in the field has helped her understand the fundamentals of teacher development and training. This has enabled her address every issue pertaining to the effective functioning of a school. This in-depth knowledge of the system is evident in the design of her workshops. On behalf of the Kaveri group of Institutes, I express my sincere gratitude to Shikshangan for helping us set up Kaveri International school and conducting workshops on effective teaching . Her creative input has brought a distinct change in the outlook of our staff. Whenever we realize, we need support,we reach out to Shikshangan.
