A Transformative Training Experience! The educators of Delhi World Public School immensely benefited from the two days of teacher training conducted by Ms Devika Nadig and Mr Vijay Gupta from Shikshangan Education Initiatives. It proved to be an enlightening experience for educators, as it covered a wide range of topics related to Effective and Efficient Teaching Methodologies. The training emphasized the importance of a Structured Framework for Teaching, consisting of three key components: what to teach, how to teach and whether students have truly understood the material. Educators were also introduced to innovative techniques to incorporate art into various subjects, making learning a more holistic and enjoyable experience.The knowledge and information shared by the resource persons coupled with the emphasis on subject integration made this workshop a valuable experience for our teachers.
