When I first attended a session on Effective Teaching by our power trainers Devika Nadig and Vijay Gupta, during the ASISC Conference in Siliguri 2018, I liked their direct, progressive approach. This followed by a School Leadership Training in Kolkata. During the Covid year I have witnessed how Shikshangan has evolved to cater to all the programmes virtually to empower educators.
