I’m associated with Shikshangan for years now. We got our thirty teachers trained under the able guidance of Devika and Vijay in the year of 2014 and since then they are providing us with various trainings right from lesson planning to understand classroom needs to designing curriculum. I must say that their expertise helped our teachers grow in all directions. Every training of theirs has equipped them with better classroom and self-management skills. Their leaders trainings has really helped our middle and senior leaders to become planners and collaborators. Their residential leadership program has been instrumental in making our school leaders reflective in not just their planning but also in their day to day functioning. I wish multifold success to Devika and Vijay in their beautiful endeavour of teachers and school leaders guidance programs and looking forward to continually working with them in years to come
