I would like to recommend attending the workshop by the Shikshangan Foundation on Effective School Leadership Programme. The workshop has been the best in terms of the takeaway for me and the experience of the workshop in itself was learning. It explored multiple and variegated learning outcomes which shall be applicable in the school eco- system. The resource persons are passionate about education, learning and teaching as a whole which makes it all the more endearing. I have attended many workshops in the past but in my experience this has been the most enriching since they have provided a lot of examples and integrated it with day to day experiences.
